November Students of the Month

Candy Cane Sales

CMS's annual Candy Cane sale begins this Wednesday and will end on Friday Dec 13th. Each candy cane will cost 50 cents and will be delivered the week before holiday break. Feel free to buy as many as you would like.

Food Drive

Canonsburg Middle School will be sponsoring a food drive this week. Each homeroom will collect as much food as possible from Dec 10th until Dec 13th. The homeroom with the most items will enjoy a home cooked breakfast prepared by Mrs Joyce, Ms Moniodes and Mr Manion. The 2nd place homeroom will receive a pizza lunch courtesy of student council.

Auction

The Titans will be heading to the library tomorrow with a chance to buy tickets for this years auction. Prizes include pieing a teacher in the face, student teaching for a day, signed sports memorabilia and much more. Tickets are 4 for a dollar. You must bring money to participate in the auction.

Dodgeball Tournament

The annual Dodgeball tournament will be held in a few weeks. The last day to sign up is this Monday. The cost is $2.00 and all money will go to the Chartiers-Houston Food Pantry.

Top Titans

Congratulations to the Titans who earned the "Top Titan Award" for the first marking period. Keep up the good work, we are very proud of you.


 

1st Quarter Movie

Congratulations on a terrific first nine weeks. We hope you are enjoying your time here at CMS and are looking forward to a successful continuation of the year. Good luck and keep up the hard work.

Yearbooks

Yearbooks go on sale soon. The Titans will have an opportunity on Wednesday October 16th to purchase their yearbooks during homebase. Please remember to bring in your cash, $26, and your order form. You may also order online by going to the following website: www.jostensyearbooks.com.

Top Titans - 2nd Marking Period

The Titan teachers would like to congratulate the students who earned the Top Titan during the second nine week marking period. You have done great work this year and have represented the Titans with pride, we are very proud of you.

End of the Nine Week Marking Period

The end of the second nine week marking period is on Thursday January 17th 2013. All students should make sure to turn in any missing assignments, make up tests/quizzes, extra credit, etc. by the end of the day on Thursday. Students will have no school on Friday January 18th and Monday January 21st. Enjoy your four day weekend.

7th Grade Activity Night

Attention Titans. There is a 7th grade activity night at the Canonsburg Middle School on Friday January 11th. The cost is $3.00 for a night of fun including, dancing, swimming, basketball, dodge ball and more. Tickets will be sold during homebase from January 3rd until January 7th. We hope to see you there.
