Titans of the Month - October 2012

Congratulations to the students who earned the Titan of the Month for the month of October. Great work, we are very proud of you.

Last Day of the First Nine Week Period

Attention Titans. Tuesday October 30th is the last day of the first nine week marking period. Any missing assignments or enrichment opportunities must be turned in by the end of the day to receive full credit. This is your last chance to raise your grade before report cards are given.

Titan Enrichment Progam

Attention Titans. Your teachers will be staying after school on Wednesdays from 3:00 until 4:00 to help any students who are interested in participating in any enrichment programs and opportunities. Please review the following information for more details.

After School Meetings

1. Students are required to stay after school from 3:00 to 4:00 on Wednesday afternoons.

2. Students must have chosen an enrichment opportunity before they are allowed to stay after school. The enrichment opportunities can be found at the following site: https://sites.google.com/a/cmsd.k12.pa.us/cmstitans/enrichment-opportunity. Please list the enrichment opportunity the student is interested in below.

3. Students will be picked up at the front office on College St. at 4:00 pm.

CMS Supports Breast Cancer Awareness

CMS and the Titans are supporting breast cancer awareness by hosting several fund raisers over the next couple of weeks.

1. Students can buy a "Share Beauty Spread Hope" pink bracelet for $2.00. The sale runs from Mon Oct 15th through Wed Oct 24th. Bracelets can be bought during homeroom.

2. Students can donate $1.00 during homeroom to support Team Hedderman, named for our school guidance counselor who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and receive a donation tag. Tags will be displayed on the walls by the main office.

 3. Students can purchase a pink Team Hedderman T-shirt for $15.00 during homeroom.

 Help support our cause by donating to the Breast Cancer Awareness fund raisers.

Titan Yearbook Sale

On Wednesday October 10th the Titans will have a chance to purchase their yearbooks during homebase. Please make sure to bring your order form and money if you would like to purchase a book.

Wear Pink Day

The Canonsburg Middle School will be supporting breast cancer on Friday October 5th by having a wear pink theme day. Wear your pink clothes with pride.
